Credit Card required for all services booked

We require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. This is due to our 48-hour cancellation policy and No-Show cancellation policy. See info below. 

Late Cancellations:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee. Thank you for understanding, we value your time and appreciate you valuing ours.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without a call, text or notice it will be considered a no-show. In this case, the full service amount will be charged. Your second no-show will forfeit your ability to book appointments with any stylist. Life happens, but no-shows affect both my schedule and other clients who could have filled that time. Please communicate if you need to cancel or reschedule—I’m happy to work with you when given notice. 

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to your appointment, I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, arriving 10-15 minutes or more past your scheduled time may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on the day’s schedule. In cases where we need to reschedule due to lateness, a cancellation fee may apply.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and want you to leave feeling confident and happy with your hair. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 14 days of your service. We offer complimentary adjustments (re-dos) for tweaks or fixes—it’s often a simple solution that can be done in under 30 minutes. Communication is key, and I’m always happy to work with you to get things just right. If you decide you’d rather not return for an adjustment, We’re happy to discuss a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is for you to love your experience and your hair.
